Age Norms – Eligibility for Admission

The Formal Admission Process includes

• Providing chance to apply for the vacancy.
• Submission of duly filled forms within a stipulated time.
• Discussion and interaction with the parents.
• Selection of the candidate.
• Admitting the candidate by collecting fees.
• Provisional admission will be granted from std. I to IX, till the required documents are submitted.

Supporting documents to complete the Admission Process

• Original Birth Certificate ( For Pre – Primary Classes and class I).
• School Leaving Certificate from the school Last attended (For Classes II to XII).
• Bonafide / Conduct Certificate from the school Last attended.
• Photocopy of the Scholastic achievement record from the Previous school.
• Photocopy of Adhar Card
• The School Leaving Certificate must have got the counter signature by concerned Education Officer, if the candidate has migrated from another state of India to Gujarat.
• Name and other details mentioned in the Application Form will be required for further formalities for C.B.S.E. purpose. Hence, utmost care should be taken while filling up the Form
• A candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe must produce an original Caste Certificate duly signed by the competent authority.
• Admissions are open to all children irrespective of their caste and religion.

Details of Fees

• The School will not demand any grant - in - aid from outsiders. The expenditure of the school has to be fully met from the fees. The fees include Admission fee, Tuition Fees, Term Fees, Activity Fees, Lab Fees.
• The school fees are divided into four installments for the convenience of parents.
• Fees will be accepted at the school office on working days (8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.)
• The detailed fee structure of the Academic year will be displayed on the Notice Board of the School.
• The fee can also be paid by cheque in favour of “Shree Jain Yuvak Mandal English Medium School” payable at Vapi.
• Fee structure of the school will be followed as per the norms of Gujarat Government.
